In 2007, Hans competed for the first time at the world-renowned Chelsea Flower Show and was delighted at winning not just the Gold medal, but also ‘Best in Show’. His innovative work also gained him a ‘First’ as well as 2 show prizes at the World Flower Arranging Show in Glasgow.
Hans’s passion for flowers – whether in creating funky arrangements for a hair salon or decorating country homes for society weddings, is always evident. The proof is in the pudding (feel free to browse the gallery) and Hans’s extensive list of clients includes Lord Andrew Lloyd-Webber, whom he has worked for during the last six years.
More recently, Hans has been ‘teaching his tricks’ in Flower Workshops, which he runs in Twyning (near Tewkesbury) – he enjoys sharing his innovative ideas (see samples in the gallery!) and converting flower virgins to flower lovers – which he has achieved with great success!
